1. Service Agreement
By engaging copyimpactworks for content production services, you agree to these terms. All services are delivered as described in the individual project proposal or statement of work.
2. Project Scope & Deliverables
Scope is defined in the project proposal. Any changes to scope require written agreement and may result in adjusted timelines and pricing. Deliverables are provided in agreed formats upon completion of each milestone.
3. Payment Terms
Invoices are due within 14 days of issue. A 50% deposit is required before project commencement for projects exceeding €500. Late payments incur a 2% monthly surcharge after a 7-day grace period.
4. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, all rights to delivered content are transferred to the client. copyimpactworks retains the right to display work in portfolios and case studies unless otherwise agreed in writing.
5. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential all proprietary information shared during the engagement. This obligation survives the termination of the agreement for a period of 24 months.
6. Limitation of Liability
copyimpactworks liability is limited to the total fees paid for the specific service in question. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from the use of delivered content.
7. Termination
Either party may terminate with 14 days written notice. Work completed up to the termination date will be invoiced and delivered. Deposits are non-refundable for work already in progress.

1. Refund Eligibility
copyimpactworks offers refunds under the following conditions: (a) work has not yet commenced, (b) the service delivered materially differs from the agreed scope, or (c) cancellation occurs within 48 hours of deposit payment.
2. Deposit Policy
The 50% deposit is non-refundable once work has commenced. If cancellation occurs before work begins, the full deposit is refundable within 14 business days.
3. Milestone-Based Refunds
For projects with multiple milestones, refunds are calculated based on the proportion of completed work. Completed and approved milestones are non-refundable. In-progress milestone work may be partially refunded at our discretion.
4. Revision Policy
Each service includes up to 2 rounds of revisions as specified in the project proposal. Additional revision rounds are billed at €75/hour. If revisions cannot satisfactorily address scope concerns, a partial refund may be negotiated.
5. Refund Process
Refund requests must be submitted in writing to [email protected] within 14 days of delivery. Approved refunds are processed within 14 business days to the original payment method.
6. Exceptions
No refunds are issued for: completed work accepted and approved by the client, custom research or strategy deliverables already provided, or retainer services where the month has commenced.
7. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved within 30 days, disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Madrid, Spain.
